Whether you are interested in joining for 3, 6 or 11 months, you will be provided with in-depth essential training from highly skilled staff and outside agencies. During your time on eta you will be working alongside experienced youthworkers; receive continual investment, training and guidance, which will equip you to engage with and help transform the lives of young people.
Ready and armed with the yfc one training you will be reaching young people wherever they are at, whether that is in schools, in skate parks or on the streets, you’ll be there.

The Rhythm Project works with young people around the
